Shipping Policy

We partner with Australia Post to give you a competitive, traceable shipping service.

Order Processing:
We are committed to getting your coffee to you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to ship your order on the same day when orders are received by 10am (business days).

Domestic Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders. We ship via Parcel Post which means we can ship to your home, office or PO Box. All orders sent via Standard Post should arrive within 2-5 working days depending on your location, we recommend looking at the Australia Post estimator here.

For moments when you need your coffee quickly, we also offer Express shipping via the Australia Post Express Post network at a flat rate of $15 Australia-wide. You can view the Australa Post Express promise here.

International Shipping:
We are pleased to offer flat rate standard shipping of $20 for all international orders. We ship via AusPost  Standard International Post which means we can ship to your home, office or PO Box. Please review estimated international shipping times here.

Returns:
We do not accept returns of any goods purchased via our online store for change of mind. However, If you have questions or concerns about the quality of your specialty coffee pods, please get in touch and we will work towards a resolution with you.
